Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid training bookings confirmed by invoice with Nextgennetworking. Informational prices on this website are not charges until a booking is accepted. Consumer rights under United Kingdom law remain unaffected where they apply.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund up to 14 days after payment if the programme has not started and no digital materials package has been unlocked. Between 13 and 7 days before the first live session, cancellations receive a 50% refund. Within 6 days of the start date, fees are non-refundable except where we cancel the programme.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, or when your request meets the 14-day unused booking window above. Partial refunds apply according to the schedule in the timeframe section. Seat transfers to a colleague in the same organisation are offered free of charge when requested at least 3 working days before the start.

Non-refundable items

Custom Estate Cadence design work already delivered, on-site travel costs incurred with your approval, and third-party venue fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable. Completed live sessions are not refunded on a pro-rata basis after attendance begins, except at our discretion for documented illness or emergency.

Refund process

Email [email protected] with your invoice number, booking name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 working days of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Nextgennetworking

If we cancel or postpone a programme, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Statutory cooling-off rights for distance contracts with consumers, where applicable, take precedence over this policy’s schedule. Force majeure events may delay delivery; we will offer transfers before refunds in those cases when reasonably possible.
